We designed our whole process around homeowners who want real answers before committing. Here are the ones we hear most often.
1. Relatively Flat Yard: The pool location needs to be on reasonably flat ground. Significant slopes, hillsides, or drop-offs require additional engineering and will affect pricing.
2. Equipment Access (7 ft minimum): Excavation equipment needs at least 7 feet of clear, unobstructed access to reach your backyard.
3. Utility Runs (within 40 ft): Pool equipment should be within 40 feet of the pool for plumbing and electrical lines.
4. Meters (within 50 ft): Equipment needs to be within 50 feet of both your gas meter and electrical panel.
Not sure if your property qualifies? Most properties do. If yours has any of these conditions, we'll let you know upfront, no surprises. Talk to us before you assume you don't qualify.
A note on additional costs: Some costs vary by property and municipality, so they're not included in our advertised price:
- Permit fees (paid directly to your city)
- Soils report (required on some properties)
- Tree permits (if applicable)
- Demo of existing structures at the pool location.
