Want to see your pick rendered in your actual backyard? A 3D visualization of any base design with your specific yard, slope, and surroundings is available for a flat $250 design fee. That's the only "design service" we sell - it's optional, and it's the only fee that ever comes before the construction agreement.

Not every yard meets every base spec; slope, soil, equipment access, and utility clearances all factor in. If your yard doesn't qualify, that doesn't mean we can't build the pool. It means there may be additional engineering or scope. We'll walk you through every adder, in writing, before you leave the conversation.

After the site visit and final agreement on your pool selection, upgrades, and any additional engineering or scope identified during the walk, our team prepares a line-by-line construction agreement.

No Permit Stress. We Handle it.
After your agreement is signed and approved by Clearform Pool Co., management, we immediately begin preparing all materials and documents required for your local city or municipality permit application. While we wait, we coordinate materials, schedule the crew, and finalize your build packet, you're not in limbo.
Permit fees are paid directly by the homeowner, they are not included in the agreement price. This is disclosed before you sign and explicitly stated in your agreement. We don't mark up permits, we don't pad them, and we don't pay them for you. They go straight from your check to the city.
In the greater Austin metro, permit timelines run 30–45 days depending on jurisdiction. Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties each have different turnaround times, your PM will tell you which one applies to your address and how long it's currently running.

Real Construction Expectations
Once permits are issued and you give us the green light, excavation begins. Construction typically runs 7–10 weeks, a window built from years of experience accounting for weather, inspections, material lead times, and the proper review we run between every phase to make sure work is done correctly before moving on.
That timeline also includes one non-negotiable: a full 28-day cure on your gunite shell before any plaster or interior finish is applied. This is the single biggest reason some builders quote 4–6 weeks and we don't.

You'll receive progress update every week of construction. If a milestone moves, weather, permits, materials, inspections, you'll hear why before you have to ask. That's part of the contract, not a courtesy.

Fill. Balance. Teach.
Once the pool is finished and filled, our startup team comes on-site to perform a proper startup, balancing water chemistry to protect your interior finish during the critical first 30 days. Bad chemistry in week one is how plaster gets damaged before you've ever swum in it. We don't hand you a pool until the water is right.
Our startup tech will also teach you how to use your equipment, how to backwash, how to read the controller, how often to test chemistry, and what regular maintenance keeps the pool running for decades. About 90 minutes total. Most homeowners record the walkthrough on their phone.

We designed our whole process around homeowners who want real answers before committing. Here are the ones we hear most often.
Most properties qualify. Our preset pricing assumes a reasonably flat yard, at least 7 feet of equipment access, utility runs within 40 feet of the pool location, and gas/electrical meters within 50 feet. If your property does not meet these conditions, we'll let you know upfront on the first call.
City and municipality permit fees are paid directly by the homeowner (we handle the filing). Some properties may require a soils report, tree permits, or demolition of existing structures at the pool site. We walk through any of these on your first call so you have a complete picture before committing.
Alkali Silica Reaction (ASR) is a chemical reaction inside pool concrete that causes cracking and structural deterioration often invisible for years after construction. It's one of the most common causes of pool failure, and most builders don't address it. Every Clearform pool is built with ASR-resistant materials from day one, guaranteed on every project we build.
Most builders require weeks of consultations and design sessions before giving you a number. We publish our pricing online so you can evaluate packages, see what's included, and self-qualify before scheduling a call. Once you're ready, we move quickly, most projects go from first call to excavation within 4-5 weeks.
Yes. Our packages are designed as a starting point, with the ability to adjust sizing to better suit your space.

We work with preferred lending partners who specialize in pool financing. Ask about financing options during your project review call and we'll connect you with the best fit for your situation.
This changes based on your specific location but you can generally expect permit times to be around 30-45 days.
We focus exclusively on pool construction, so these items are not included in our pricing. However, we work closely with trusted specialists who can provide design guidance and estimates for any additional outdoor work.
Yes. Our pricing accounts for limestone excavation, should it be encountered during construction.
It's a system, not a sentence. You'll have documented intake (online and phone), a defined response window for each claim type, and a service calendar separate from our sales operation. Warranty work doesn't get buried under new project pressure.
Milestone-based, tied to visible progress and inspections. You're paying for work you can see, not putting a large sum down and hoping. This protects you and gives us a cleaner cash-flow model, better for both sides.
Document it and tell your PM. We run formal QC checks at each stage and a final punch-list walkthrough at closeout. We hand you a written quality standard at project start, so "looks wrong" isn't a judgment call, there's a reference to compare against.

"Finished" means something specific here.
Every stage of construction gets a quality-control check before we move to the next. At closeout, you walk the project with us against a written punch-list, not a verbal "we'll get to it."
You'll have our written quality standard at the start of the project, so "finished" isn't a judgment call later. If something looks wrong, we document conditions, explain what's normal versus what isn't, and fix what needs fixing.
"Normal wear and tear" isn't a deflection here, it's a defined category, and so is its opposite.

We don't disappear after closeout.
Our payment schedule is milestone-based. You pay for visible progress, tied to inspections, not a large lump sum up front that leaves you with no leverage if things stall.
