Minimum Qualifications for Advertised Pricing
The following conditions represent the minimum site qualifications required for our advertised pricing. Properties that do not meet one or more of these criteria may require a custom estimate to account for additional engineering, labor, or materials.
1. Relatively Flat Yard
The proposed pool location must be on relatively flat terrain and cannot be situated near significant slopes, hillsides, or drop-offs that would require additional engineering or structural work.
2. Adequate Construction Access
A minimum of 7 feet of unobstructed access must be available for excavation equipment to reach the backyard.
3. Utility Distance to Pool Equipment
The distance between the pool equipment and the pool cannot exceed 40 feet for plumbing and electrical lines.
4. Proximity to Gas and Electrical Meters
Pool equipment must be located within 50 feet of both the gas meter and electrical panel/meter.
